Jeremy Hunt: Seven-day NHS 'needs more resources'

The Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt says putting more consultants on duty at weekends in NHS hospitals in England will cost hundreds of millions of pounds.

Mr Hunt says he is determined to push the plans through.

Some health experts are questioning whether the money would be well spent.
