Rare 'candid' Queen photos released online by Getty Images

On Wednesday the Queen will become the longest-reigning monarch in British history, surpassing Queen Victoria's record of 63 years and seven months on the throne.

To mark that milestone, a set of remarkably candid photographs of the Queen, taken by the royal photographer Lisa Sheridan, are being published online by Getty Images.
