Children's court in Hampshire where young people are judges

If a child admits to theft or criminal damage, what is the best way to deal with their crime?

A new court in Hampshire has a panel of young people to help decide how to deal with the crimes of their peers.

It is the first place in the UK to have children's courts, and police hope it will stop offenders ending up in front of real judges, and bring down re-offending rates.
