Karl Andree Saudi Arabia lashes case: Son calls for clemency
The son of a British pensioner facing 360 lashes for having homemade wine in Saudi Arabia has appealed to the government for clemency.
Karl Andree, 74, has already spent more than a year in prison since being arrested by Saudi religious police. Alcohol is illegal in Saudi Arabia.
Simon Andree told BBC Breakfast that contact with his father was difficult and that he feared for his father's health.
