Cameron: We face a direct and growing threat to our country

David Cameron in a statement to the House of Commons said the UK should be doing more to deal with the Islamic State group.

The Prime Minister said he will set out a "comprehensive strategy" for taking action in Syria in an effort to defeat IS on its home ground.

Mr Cameron called for "determination and resolve" to deal with the threat from terrorism.
