Storm Desmond: Bridal shop owner 'devastated' by floods

Jacinta Cooper's bridal shop in Carlisle's Warwick Road was badly hit in the flooding caused by Storm Desmond.

She showed the BBC's Danny Savage the damage the waters had caused to her property and stock.
