Junior doctors row: Strike set for Tuesday despite Cameron's pleas

Junior doctors in England are preparing to strike on Tuesday following a dispute over pay and conditions.

David Cameron has urged them to call off the 24-hour walk-out, saying it will cause real difficulties for patients.
