Litvinenko inquiry: No doubt Russians killed him - inquiry chairman

There "can be no doubt " that former spy Alexander Litvinenko was killed by two Russian men, Andrei Lugovoi and Dmitry Kovtun, the chairman of the public inquiry into his death has said.

Chairman Sir Robert Owen's comments came shortly after the publication of the report, which also suggested the murder was "probably" approved by President Vladimir Putin.
