Biscuit factory hit by floods struggles to meet ginger nut demand

You might struggle to find packs of your favourite biscuits on the supermarket shelves, after the factory that makes custard creams and ginger nuts was hit by the recent floods.

Two months on since Storms Desmond and Eva, and production of some of the nation's best loved biscuits has not fully resumed.
