Prisons overhaul announced by David Cameron

The Prime Minister, David Cameron, has announced an overhaul of the prisons system in England and Wales - saying the current failure of the system is "scandalous".

Mr Cameron wants to give prison governors more power - and place more emphasis on education behind bars.
