Nicky Morgan: 'Pay gap transparency is important'

Women and Equalities Minister Nicky Morgan has announced plans for new league tables to show pay gaps between male and female employees.

Companies that fail to address pay differences will be highlighted.

Ms Morgan said she hopes the move will encourage companies to think harder about "where women are in their workforce".
