Calls to end gender pay gap in modelling

It is not unusual to hear calls for the gender pay gap to be closed, but it's normally women who are getting less money than men.

However, in the British fashion industry, female models can often earn double the amount that male models do.

Model agencies are saying it is now time to introduce equal pay.
