Sepsis baby's mum Hayley Jermyn felt 'let down and angry'

A baby boy who died of sepsis fell victim to a sequence of healthcare failures in the short time he lived, a coroner has found.

Charlie Jermyn died at just 30 hours old in Cornwall. The inquest heard that the midwives were kind, but offered "inadequate care".
