Cannabis arrests drop 46% since 2010 - police figures

Arrests for cannabis possession in England and Wales have dropped by 46% since 2010, figures obtained by BBC Breakfast suggest.

The reason is thought to be many police forces are deciding it is no longer worth pursuing cannabis possession as a crime.

Last summer Durham Constabulary said it would no longer target cannabis users.

The BBC's Tim Muffett has been to see what impact that decision has had.
