Parkrun cancelled but runners race on

Runners turned out at Little Stoke Park in Bristol on Saturday despite the weekly Parkrun event being cancelled because of an ongoing row.

On Tuesday, councillors in Stoke Gifford voted to ask runners to pay to contribute towards wear and tear on the route, causing an outcry amongst runners.
