Parkrun celebrates million runner milestone

It started in 2004 with a group of friends who decided to meet up every week for a run and a cup of coffee.

Now a global movement, parkrun is celebrating a major milestone: more than a million people in the UK have now taken part in the free, weekly 5km runs.
