Willie Thorne: 'I've not gambled for 18 months'

Former snooker champion Willie Thorne, who has been addicted to gambling for much of his adult life, says he has avoided it for 18 months.

Thorne, 62, who is bankrupt after racking up debts of £1m, said he always kept £100 aside so his wife Jill did not realise how much he had lost.

The Victoria Derbyshire programme is broadcast on weekdays between 09:00-11:00 on BBC Two and BBC News channel.
