Will London's Garden Bridge ever be built?

The Garden Bridge over the River Thames was championed by Boris Johnson.

His successor as London Mayor Sadiq Khan seems less enthusiastic and support for the project at City Hall is reportedly at an all-time low.

Construction was supposed to start this summer, but has just been pushed back to at least the autumn.
