Elmar Brok: Brexit ministers 'have no idea' of their exit plan

A senior member of the European Parliament has accused UK ministers who support Brexit of not being properly prepared to negotiate a deal to secure the UK's exit from the European Union.

Elmar Brok, who is the chairman of the parliament's foreign affairs committee, said key British ministers lacked a detailed knowledge of how the European Union worked.
