Prison death: Almost everyone in Pentonville can expect to share a cell

Police have begun a murder inquiry after a prisoner was stabbed to death at Pentonville jail in North London.

Two other inmates were critically wounded. Two prisoners have now been arrested.

The director of the Prison Reform Trust, Peter Dawson, says one issue surrounding prison security is the difficulty in recruiting prison staff.

He was speaking on the BBC's Victoria Derbyshire programme.
