Three babies on average are born addicted to drugs in England every day because of their mother's habit, according to new NHS figures.

Trevi House in Plymouth offers a mother and baby drug and alcohol rehabilitation programme.

But the treatment is expensive and despite a high success rate, many social services departments can no longer afford it.

BBC News spoke to residents at Trevi House to hear the effect it was having on their lives.
