'Dangerous driver killed our son and only got six years'

The parents of a man killed by a dangerous driver say they felt "let down" by the six-year jail sentence handed to the driver.

Dawn and Ian Brown-Lartey recalled how their son Joseph was killed in 2014, after 18-year-old Addil Haroon ploughed into his car at 80mph, in a 30mph zone.

New government proposals mean drivers who cause death by dangerous or careless driving could get life in prison.
