Elderly people in struggle to keep pets in care homes, says charity

A leading pet charity is helping more and more people decide what to do if they cannot take their pet into a care home or sheltered accommodation.

For elderly animal owners, pets can provide company and companionship, but a change in circumstances can pose difficult questions.
