UK troops to 'deter Russian aggression'

The first of 800 UK troops have been sent to Estonia to "deter Russian aggression".

On Friday 120 troops from 5th Battalion The Rifles set off for the eastern European country from RAF Brize Norton.

The UK-led Estonia battlegroup is one of four Nato multinational deployments to eastern Europe.

Tanks are being shipped from Germany by ferry as part of the increased Nato military presence.
