How running helped beat depression

A 21-year old girl who became blind at the age of 17 is competing in the London Marathon just a few months after taking up running.

Lucy Edwards from Sutton Coldfield has rare genetic disorder Incontinentia Pigmenti which caused her to lose her sight.
