NHS cyber-attack: 'The next step for organised crime'

The large-scale cyber-attack on NHS computers could be the beginning of a new trend for international organised crime, experts have told the BBC.

Brian Lord, the former director for intelligence and cyber operations at GCHQ, and convicted hacker Jake Davis told Newsnight that the age and openness of the NHS's IT systems made it vulnerable to the ransomware infection.
