Manchester attack: Bomber's father says 'family confused'

The father of Manchester suicide bomber Salman Abedi has said that the family is in a state of "confusion" following the attack.

Ramadan Abedi, who has been detained by militia in Libya, spoke to Reuters on Wednesday.

Twenty two people, including children, were killed when Abedi sent off a bomb at a concert in Manchester on Monday.
