Manchester attack: PM says terror threat level reduced from critical

The Prime Minister Theresa May says the threat level has been reduced from critical to severe.

It follows advice given to the government's emergency committee meeting Cobra on the security situation following the Manchester bombing.

The change indicates an attack is highly likely, rather than imminently expected.
