British Airway's travellers tell their stories of three-day disruption

Since Saturday thousands of British Airways travellers have had their flights delayed, cancelled as a result of a significant IT power outage.

BBC News spoke to some of the stranded passengers at London Heathrow Airport on the third day of disruption.
