Former housing minister refuses to comment on fire report
Gavin Barwell, chief of staff to Theresa May, has refused to answer questions about a review of building regulations following the fire at Grenfell Tower.
Mr Barwell was the housing minister from July 2016 to June 2017 but lost his seat at the general election.
The 2013 review came after the Lakanal House fire in Camberwell, in which six people died.
It recommended sprinklers be installed in 4,000 tower blocks in the UK.
