Bijan Ebrahimi's plea 'ignored for years'

Bijan Ebrahimi, a disabled Iranian refugee, had reported death threats and racial abuse to police for seven years before being brutally murdered, a report has found.

He was was murdered outside his flat in Brislington in July, 2013.
