Liam Fox: Business impatient for Brexit clarity

Foreign investors want clarity about the shape of the UK's relationship with the EU after Brexit, International Trade Secretary Liam Fox says, amid an apparent deadlock in talks between the two sides.

Speaking on a visit to Japan, Mr Fox says businesses are getting "impatient" that discussions on trade have yet to start.
