Race played a part when I was in prison, says youth justice worker

Noel Williams was 11 when he first got involved in gangs.

By the age of 13 he was imprisoned for robbery and drug dealing.

He has now turned his life around but believes race and ethnicity play a part in how you are treated and punished within the criminal justice system.
