Review into UK aid spending

The international development secretary has said she is planning an overhaul of how the UK delivers its aid.

Penny Mordaunt told the Today programme we need to look at "what other nations can do". She doesn't think there is any incentive for countries to invest in themselves if the UK is subsidising them.
