Wine rampage CCTV shows abuse shop workers face

The CEOs of 23 retailers have co-signed a letter to Boris Johnson asking for better legal protection for shop workers who face abuse.

It comes as a private members bill – the Assaults on Retail Workers (Offences) Bill 2019-21 – called for tougher sanctions on aggressive customers.
