James Rebanks: Life as a Lake District shepherd

The writer and farmer James Rebanks says being a shepherd makes him feel part of a Lake District culture and history going back hundreds of years.

In his book - English Pastoral - he advocates for a better kind of farming that is more sustainable and environmentally responsible. HARDtalk's Stephen Sackur went to visit him on his farm in Cumbria to talk about his ideas.
