Justin Welby: 'We need to focus on victims and survivors'

Survivors and victims must be the "centre" of the Church of England's attention, the Archbishop of Canterbury has said.

It comes after the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse said the Church had failed to protect children.

Justin Welby said "nothing must get in the way" of change for the Church of England and the IICSA report was a "big wake-up call".
