Williamson: 'Majority of primary schools will open as planned'
Gavin Williamson has said the "overwhelming majority" of primary schools will open as planned on 4 January as he addressed the House of Commons.
The education secretary also detailed mass testing measures that will be made available to secondary schools and colleges, whose students face a staggered return as coronavirus cases continue to rise across the country.
