Boris Johnson on an earlier lockdown and tougher Covid tier restrictions
The BBC's Andrew Marr debated with the prime minister on if the UK could have gone into lockdown earlier in 2020.
Boris Johnson told The Andrew Marr Show that the UK 'could've spent the whole year in lockdown' due to Covid-19.
The PM also hinted that tougher tier restrictions could be introduced in the UK.
