Starmer: We need 'a plan to work to on vaccines'

Labour leader Keir Starmer has called on the government to set out a "plan to work to" in order to get the coronavirus vaccine rolled out.

Speaking in parliament, Mr Starmer also said his party would vote to support the latest lockdown restrictions in England and urged people to comply with the tougher rules.
