Boris Johnson on lockdown easing: Progress must be 'cautious but irreversible'

The prime minister has said "we have got to keep looking at the data" when considering easing lockdown restrictions.

Boris Johnson is expected to lay out his plans on 22 February. Schools in England could reopen as early as 8 March.
