A BBC undercover reporter has found evidence of poor practices and potential contamination at one of the biggest UK Covid testing labs.

Panorama's undercover footage shows a technician pushing a test swab back into a sample test tube, causing potential contamination.

The lab says it follows all necessary rules and regulations.
