Super League: 'Government will do everything to prevent this'

The UK government is looking at "every option" to stop the formation of a new European Super League (ESL) in football, the culture secretary has said.

"I want to reassure this house of a very robust response. We will do whatever it takes to protect our national game," Oliver Dowden told the House of Commons.
