Covid: 'Too early to declare victory' over virus, says professor
Professor Peter Openshaw, a professor of experimental medicine, has said the UK was still on course to open up on 21 June, in line with the government's road map.
But he told the BBC's Andrew Marr the government and public must remain alert to case numbers and variants - and said it was too early for people to drop their guard.
