Lockdown easing: Hancock confident but says we should all be careful

Health Secretary Matt Hancock has told The Andrew Marr Show he's "confident" about taking the next step in lifting some coronavirus restrictions on Monday.

But he added that we should "all be careful" about how we take that step.
