'Holiday quarantine bingo is back' - Travel writer Simon Calder

The government has removed Portugal from its green list of countries from which traveller are not obliged to quarantine on entry to the UK.

It is the first review of England's traffic light list for international travel since travel restrictions were eased.

Simon Calder, who has been in Gibraltar spoke to BBC Breakfast's Charlie Stayt about his trip and how travel to a green list country isn't without difficulties.
