Green list countries: Portugal restaurant owner happy at English tourist return

A restaurant owner in the Algarve has shared his excitement at the prospect of English tourists returning to Portugal.

It comes as the UK government announced a green travel list of 12 countries for people in England, meaning anyone returning won't have to quarantine from 17 May.
