Manchester Arena Inquiry: 'Serious shortcomings in security'

Sir John Saunders, the chairman into an inquiry surrounding the Manchester Arena bombing, has found that "serious shortcomings in security" contributed to the devastation.

Twenty-two people died in the bombing and hundreds more were also injured. Salman Abedi walked across the foyer of the arena at the end of an Ariana Grande concert and detonated a bomb at 22:31 BST on 22 May 2017.
