Afghanistan crisis: Kabul airport evacuations becoming faster, says Johnson

Boris Johnson says the operation to evacuate people from the airport in Kabul is getting faster.

The prime minister said Britain had rescued 1,000 people from Afghanistan on Thursday and another 1,000 people on Friday.

Thousands of people who are trying to escape remain stranded outside the airport with the Taliban blocking their way.
