Covid: This Christmas will be better than last - PM

Prime Minister Boris Johnson told the BBC's Iain Watson he is confident that Christmas plans will go ahead, despite the discovery of the new Covid variant Omicron in the UK.

"Absolutely confident that this Christmas will be considerably better than last," he said.
